• What pricing policy do you have?

There is no set price as all projects are of varying complexity. First we ask our clients for a specification or overview of their requirements. Next we clarify the details, analyse the project, calculate the total amount of hours needed and prepare the project evaluation.



• Do I have to come to your office to get a website? What if I live in a different part of the country or a long distance from you?

We can help you with your website no matter what part of the country you live in. Remember that in its simplest form a website or application is designed to provide information, straightforward as that.  All the materials you want on your website, e.g., texts, images, video can be e-mailed to us or sent on disc
Many of the websites and solutions we develop require little interaction from the client.



• What is the best way to communicate with you?

Our clients usually contact us by phone or personal visit. If you are further afield then feel free to use e-mail and ICQ. Details can be found here.
If you want to discuss some issues by phone, please let us know your questions and the time of your call in advance. We may need to consult a particular technical specialists to get answers to your questions.



• How do I keep track of the development process? How often can I communicate with you on my project?

You receive support even after project completion. We value long-lasting relationships and don't say goodbye at the moment you see the completed project. Our support team is ready to provide follow-up consulting and service at any time, be it a few days, months, or years after project completion. Today's Internet technologies make communications simple, so you can quickly reach us via phone, e-mail or any instant messenger whenever you have any questions. We encourage our customers to contact us with their concerns and are happy to help with anything.



• How do we start working?

Simply call us, drop us an e-mail or fill out our request form specifying your needs, your deadlines and your budget if possible. We will study the details, probably ask some additional questions and then send you a detailed project evaluation, including time and costs. If we come to an agreement, we will start the development right away.



• Must I first write a complete specification?

Having a complete project specification from the start is the ideal case as it saves a lot of time. However, if you do not have detailed specs it is not a problem. Simply describe your needs in general and let us know your requirements (if any) concerning any specific design preferences you may have.



• What of I am dissatisfied?

We work closely with our clients and encourage feedback at every stage during the development process. Should there be any issues they will be picked up during the development and corrected. As the whole process is driven and overseen by you we are able to deliver exactly what you have asked for.
